Defending our title. Every year many of us that run these workouts run the 9/11 memorial 5k in September. It's a good way to see how fast we got over the summer, but it's really a fun time and a great post race party. We've won this the past two years and I want to take home the belt again so sign up to be on Team Tracky Tuesday at the 9/11 Memorial 5k here.
